What we need from you:

• Your Building file from Council
• A copy of your title that is less than 3 months old. You can get these for about $15 online.
• Your Sketch Plans
• Photos of areas to be altered or built
• Completed checklist

Our services include:

• Architectural Plans and Detailing for building Consent
• Specification and other required consent documents
• Lodging your plans with Council
• Our Prices include GST

Our services do not include:

• Council Consent Fees
• Engineering Fees (not normally required)
